Due to the success of the first workshop the Second Design + Industry Workshop was conducted between January and June of 2010. It involved another group of 16 furniture manufacturers represented by their in-house designers, and 32 young designers selected from a pool of 450. They were organized in four groups each led by an international designer from IED. The outputs of the workshop were featured in a special exhibition in historic Ka’at Mohen at El Muiz street during the event +20 Egypt Design in June of 2010.
